Challenge Mexican sporting goods store Martí found themselves in a dilemma: They couldn’t afford to compete with sports giants during the 2014 World Cup, but they also couldn’t afford NOT to.
Solution The answer was a dynamic and economical series of spots produced completely on recycled paper through stop-motion animation. We recreated the most unexpected moments from each day and posted them on social networks just a few hours after they happened in real life. Not what actually happened, though, but rather how it was supposed to occur "on paper."
Results In three weeks, we achieved results that Martí had never achieved in all of its existence. This included more than 1,500,000 digital impressions, 37,000 daily interactions, 31,300 new visits to the Martí site, and an 87% increase in followers on social networks.
